Jimmy Daryl Burt

Daryl Burt graduated Cum Laude from the University of Alabama with a B. S. in Business Administration in 1992.  Upon graduation from the University of Alabama, he entered Law School at Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama.  Following graduation in 1995, he became an associate with the  firm of Fite, Davis, Atkinson, Guyton and Bentley, P. C.  In 2001, he became a partner with the firm, which was renamed Fite, Davis, Atkinson, Guyton and Burt in 2003.

Daryl is admitted to the Alabama State Bar and is licensed to practice in the State Courts of Alabama and in the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.  Additionally, he serves as prosecutor for the City of Winfield and Judge for the Town of Hackleburg.

Daryl, his wife, Kayren, and their children, Cooper and Emily, attend the First Baptist Church of Winfield, Alabama.
